Contractual commitment & full exclusivity clause

1. Purpose: The 13RACE ambassador programme lets you promote 13RACE products with a personal promo code. Each application is subject to approval.
2. Absolute exclusivity — no competing promotion: Ambassadors agree not to promote, recommend, sponsor, represent, affiliate with or mention any competing brand, shop, workshop, manufacturer or seller in motorcycle parts, racing accessories, 3D-printed moto parts, track/MX/enduro gear, or any product similar to 13RACE's offer.
3. Strict prohibitions: Publishing or sharing promo codes, affiliate links, sponsored content or recommendations for competitors on the same channels used for 13RACE (social media, stories, videos, groups, forums, bio, website) is forbidden.
4. Fair representation: Ambassadors must present 13RACE honestly and use only the code assigned by 13RACE for brand-related promotion.
5. Content & brand image: Content published on behalf of 13RACE must be legal, ethical and aligned with the brand. 13RACE may request removal of non-compliant content.
6. Immediate sanctions: Any breach (competition, false statements, fraud, code abuse, exclusivity violation) leads to immediate termination of ambassador status, removal of the promo code and a ban from rejoining the programme.
7. Rewards: Benefits (gift codes, rewards) are granted under the rules on the ambassador portal and may be changed or withdrawn in case of abuse.
8. Personal data: Information provided is used only to review applications and manage the programme, in line with the site privacy policy.
9. Acceptance: By checking the box below, the applicant confirms having read, understood and accepted these terms in full, including the full exclusivity and non-compete clause.
