What if Shop2Shop loses or damages my parcel?

If the parcel is damaged on collection, record reservations on the relay terminal. 13RACE reships an equivalent item or refunds the goods and the shipping already paid once the loss or Chronopost's responsibility is established. Chronopost's cap towards the sender does not limit that right. Shop2Shop's optional insurance is not included in the price.
