Ambassador Programme Terms
Contractual commitment & full exclusivity clause
- Purpose: The 13RACE ambassador programme lets you promote 13RACE products with a personal promo code. Each application is subject to approval.
- Absolute exclusivity — no competing promotion: Ambassadors agree not to promote, recommend, sponsor, represent, affiliate with or mention any competing brand, shop, workshop, manufacturer or seller in motorcycle parts, racing accessories, 3D-printed moto parts, track/MX/enduro gear, or any product similar to 13RACE's offer.
- Strict prohibitions: Publishing or sharing promo codes, affiliate links, sponsored content or recommendations for competitors on the same channels used for 13RACE (social media, stories, videos, groups, forums, bio, website) is forbidden.
- Fair representation: Ambassadors must present 13RACE honestly and use only the code assigned by 13RACE for brand-related promotion.
- Content & brand image: Content published on behalf of 13RACE must be legal, ethical and aligned with the brand. 13RACE may request removal of non-compliant content.
- Immediate sanctions: Any breach (competition, false statements, fraud, code abuse, exclusivity violation) leads to immediate termination of ambassador status, removal of the promo code and a ban from rejoining the programme.
- Rewards: Benefits (gift codes, rewards) are granted under the rules on the ambassador portal and may be changed or withdrawn in case of abuse.
- Personal data: Information provided is used only to review applications and manage the programme, in line with the site privacy policy.
- Acceptance: By checking the box below, the applicant confirms having read, understood and accepted these terms in full, including the full exclusivity and non-compete clause.
